How to set it up

Before you leave
Install the eSIM over Wi-Fi shortly before you go: tap Install on your order page if it's there, or scan the QR code from another screen. Turn the line off until you travel if you like.

When you land
Switch Mobile Data to the Satello line and turn on Data Roaming for it. Keep your usual SIM on for calls and texts if you want.

You're online
Use your data as usual. Your phone's mobile data settings show how much you've used. Need more? Buy another plan.
Good to know
Is my phone compatible?
Your phone needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06#: if you see an EID number, it supports eSIM. See the device list.
Will I get a local phone number?
No. Satello plans are data only. Your own number keeps working on your physical SIM for calls and texts (your home operator's roaming rates apply), and apps like WhatsApp keep using your number over Satello data.
Can I install it before my trip?
Yes. Install it over Wi-Fi shortly before you leave, within 90 days of buying it. The plan details shown before you pay give its data and validity.
What if I need more data?
Buy another plan for the same destination at any time. Each plan comes with its own eSIM.
