How can we help?

Short answers for the moments that matter: before you buy, at the airport, and when something doesn't work.

Before you buy

What do I need?

A carrier-unlocked phone that supports eSIM, an email address to receive the eSIM, a wallet holding USDG or ETH on Robinhood Chain, and a Wi-Fi connection to install the eSIM. Check your phone on the device list.

Who issues my eSIM?

Cryptorefills (cryptorefills.com), a store for gift cards, phone recharges and eSIMs paid in crypto, running since 2018. Satello buys the eSIM from Cryptorefills on your behalf and in your name, using the email address you give at checkout, and pays Cryptorefills itself. The eSIM is issued under Cryptorefills' terms. Satello takes care of the order, the crypto payment and support.

Which plan should I choose?

For light use — maps, messages, a little browsing — 1 GB lasts about a week. With social media and photos, plan on 1 to 2 GB a week; streaming and video calls use more. If you visit several countries, the Europe or Global plan is usually cheaper than several local ones. You can't add data to an eSIM later: if you run out, buy a new plan.

Can I pay with stocks?

Yes. Choose Stocks at checkout and pick a Robinhood stock token you hold, like NVDA, TSLA, AAPL or SPCX. The checkout contract swaps just enough of it on Uniswap for the exact price in USDG, in the same transaction, and sends back what wasn't needed. Your wallet asks you to allow the token first, then to confirm the payment. The list on the home page shows every token accepted; each one has a deep USDG pool on Robinhood Chain.

What are Satello cards?

Membership levels read from your wallet: hold $SATELLO in the wallet you pay with and the checkout applies your card automatically. Plus takes 5% off every eSIM, Premium 10% plus priority support, Metal pays Cryptorefills' price with no service fee. There's nothing to sign up for and no physical card; they aren't payment or bank cards. See the cards.

Can someone else pay for my eSIM, or can I gift one?

Both. On a plan page, tap Ask someone to pay for it, enter your email and send the link: whoever opens it pays from their wallet and the eSIM is ordered in your name and emailed to you. To gift one, tick It's a gift at checkout and enter their email; you also get the order page to share.

How do I get USDG on Robinhood Chain?

Swap ETH for USDG in any Robinhood Chain wallet or decentralised exchange, or simply choose "Pay with ETH" at checkout: the contract swaps the exact amount for you.

Installing

Install on iPhone

If your order page shows Install on this iPhone, open it on the iPhone (iOS 17.4 or later), tap the button and follow the prompts. Otherwise, open the order page or the eSIM email on another screen and go to Settings › Mobile Data › Add eSIM › Use QR Code.

Give the line a clear label such as "Satello" and keep your usual line as default for calls.

Install on Android

If your order page shows Install on this phone, tap it. If it doesn't, or nothing happens, scan the QR code from another screen: Settings › Network & internet › SIMs › Add eSIM (Pixel), or Settings › Connections › SIM manager › Add eSIM (Samsung). You can also type the SM-DP+ address and activation code shown on your order page.

Can I install it on two phones?

No. An eSIM can be installed once, on one phone. Don't delete it after installing — a deleted eSIM usually can't be installed again.

No data at your destination

  1. Make sure the Satello line is switched on and selected for Mobile Data.
  2. Turn on Data Roaming for the Satello line. Travel eSIMs always roam, even on local networks.
  3. Restart your phone, then wait two minutes.
  4. Still nothing? In network settings, turn off automatic network selection and try another available network.
  5. On Android, check the APN in the Satello line settings matches the one shown on your order page or in your eSIM email, if there is one.
  6. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number — we'll fix it or refund you.

Payments and refunds

My payment went through but I see no eSIM

Open your order page: it updates by itself while your eSIM is prepared, usually within a couple of minutes. Check your inbox too, as the eSIM is also sent by email. If it isn't delivered within 30 minutes, a Reclaim button returns your payment from the contract. If the order fails, we refund you automatically.

How do refunds work?

Before your eSIM is delivered, you can cancel for a full refund. Once it's delivered, the order is final: at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal at that point. If the eSIM can't be installed or won't connect, we troubleshoot with you, and if it can't be fixed we refund you. Refunds are paid in USDG to the wallet that paid. Refund policy.

I lost my order page

Go to My eSIMs and connect the wallet you paid with. You'll sign a free message (no transaction) to prove it's yours, and see all your orders. The install details are also in the eSIM email.

Contact us

Write to us from the site, with your order number if you have one. A person answers on the same page, usually within a few hours.
